Reggie has been a group exercise instructor at the Downtown YMCA since 1991. He teaches classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
A 30 year retired veteran of the Houston Fire Department, Reggie now offers Personal Training sessions in his free time. He believes that fitness is the key to life and seeing people benefit from his healthy regime is his passion.
Whether your fitness goals involve weight management, muscle toning, stress relief or just total health, there is something for you in one of Reggie's classes. A modern form of total body exercise, which can be adapted to any fitness level, set to fantastic music, will keep beginners and veterans coming back for more.
