Houston, we have laughter! Laughter Yoga is breathing and play-based movement exercises practiced for health and wellness by people of all professions, ages and backgrounds. Its body-mind movement exercises are based on the scientific facts of breathing. And it’s fun to do! Even if you’re not in a good mood or feel you have no sense of humor, you will experience and enjoy the benefits of Laughter Yoga. No exercise clothing is needed; just bring yourself!
